The hotel offers very nice rooms with comfy beds and brilliant air conditioning, although some finishing touches are needed like towel hooks. The soundproof rooms ensured a good night's sleep each night, making me want to come back here again.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay with spacious rooms overlooking the pool and beach. The cleaning was thorough, although the room security could be improved with open balcony access. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, contributing to a wonderful holiday experience. The location is bustling with nearby amenities and a great swimming area but can get crowded early on the beaches. Despite dining challenges, the dining experience could be better with improved quality and setting.
The hotel had exceptional features like great pools, a nice beach area, good restaurants, and very kind and welcoming staff. However, there were some issues with the rooms not having a kettle or phone for contacting reception and a lack of security measures until 9pm, leaving the rooms open for potential intruders.
The resort offers top-notch cleanliness and high-standard rooms accessible by a golf buggy. The attentive service, exemplified by trainee waitress Georgina and Haki ensuring comfort, was exceptional, although encountering smoke in a public area was a drawback. The location, just 20 minutes from the airport in a beautiful cove with crystal clear water, was ideal for swimming. The dining experience, apart from the generic breakfast, could benefit from some interior improvements. The very clean saltwater pool and friendly staff like Claudio and Teo added value to the overall stay.
